These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of dodopin.com, including the website, platform, products and services made available through it (together, the “Service”).

In these Terms, VELCORE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is “Dodopin”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

By accessing, registering for, browsing or using the Service, or by completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Anti-Fraud, AML and KYC Policy and Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of your agreement with us.

1. Nature of the Service

Dodopin operates a digital commerce platform for the purchase and delivery of digital products and related services, which may include:

• digital accounts and subscriptions;
• software, licences and activation products;
• game-related products, credits, top-ups, electronic PINs, gift cards and digital codes;
• other digital content and services offered on the Website.

Products may be:

• sold by Dodopin as principal; and/or
• sourced from independent suppliers, merchants, vendors or integrated partners and resold or fulfilled through the Service.

Depending on the product, payment method, supplier and other circumstances, Dodopin may act as seller, retailer, distributor or facilitator. The applicable structure for a transaction is the one that actually applies to that order.

Nothing in these Terms makes Dodopin the publisher, operator or owner of a third-party game, platform or service, unless we expressly say so.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you.

By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• you meet the applicable age and capacity requirements;
• the information you provide is accurate, current and complete;
• you will keep that information updated; and
• your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law.

We may refuse, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activity carried out through your account; and
• promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access or other compromise.

We are not responsible for loss arising from your failure to keep your account secure, except where we cannot exclude that responsibility under applicable law.

We may require identity, payment or other verification before we create, restore or continue an account, or before we complete an order.

4. Products, pricing and orders

Prices, availability, descriptions, promotions and other commercial terms may change at any time, except where a change would affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

A displayed price is an invitation to purchase in the currency shown. An order is an offer by you. We accept that offer when we confirm the order and/or make the product available to you, whichever occurs first.

We may refuse, delay, cancel or reverse an order where reasonably required for stock, pricing error, fraud prevention, sanctions, payment-processing, legal or operational reasons. If we cancel an order that you have already paid and that has not been delivered, we will refund the amount actually received for that order, subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and any mandatory law.

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor differences in wording, region labels or delivery format do not, by themselves, make a product defective if the product performs its essential digital function.

5. Digital products and delivery

All products offered through the Service are digital. They are delivered electronically.

Delivery may occur when, as applicable:

• the product or digital content is displayed on the Website;
• access information is sent by email;
• the product is made available in your account or user panel; or
• credentials, licences, activation codes or other digital information are otherwise made available to you.

Delivery is complete when the applicable product or access information has been made available through one of those methods.

Because of the nature of digital products, a product that has been successfully delivered, accessed, activated, redeemed or used is generally not returnable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee that a third-party product or service will:

• remain continuously available;
• work on every device, operating system or account type;
• be available in every country or region; or
• remain available indefinitely where it depends on a third-party provider.

You are responsible for checking regional, platform and compatibility requirements before you buy.

6. Third-party products and services

Some products depend on third-party publishers, platforms, games, payment providers or other operators.

Those third parties have their own terms, privacy policies and acceptable-use rules. You must comply with them. We are not responsible for a third party’s performance, availability, policy changes, suspensions or account actions, except where applicable law says we cannot exclude that responsibility.

If a third-party service is interrupted, changed, suspended or withdrawn, the purchased product may be affected. That does not, by itself, create a refund right, except as stated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy or required by law.

7. Payments

Payment must be completed in full before delivery, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We use third-party payment service providers, acquirers and other financial institutions. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

By submitting a payment you represent and warrant that:

• you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
• the payment information is accurate;
• you have sufficient funds or credit; and
• the payment instrument was not stolen, unauthorised or otherwise unlawfully obtained.

We may delay, review, reject or reverse a payment where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, compliance or payment-processing reasons.

Charges, foreign-exchange conversions and fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your country of residence.

9. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, deception, abuse or any other unlawful act;
• use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods;
• circumvent security, fraud-prevention or authentication measures;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website or Service;
• copy, reverse engineer, scrape or exploit the Service without authorisation, except to the limited extent permitted by mandatory law;
• resell or redistribute products except where you are an authorised supplier under a separate written agreement with us;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data; or
• use the Service in a way that may harm Dodopin, other users, suppliers, publishers or payment partners.

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, withhold delivery, reverse transactions and cooperate with payment providers, publishers and competent authorities where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website, Service, branding, text, graphics, logos, software, databases and related materials are owned by Dodopin or licensed to Dodopin.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership of that intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell or otherwise exploit Dodopin’s intellectual property without prior written permission, except for ordinary use of the Service or where mandatory law permits it.

Third-party names, marks and game titles remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant products.

11. Fraud prevention and verification

We may apply reasonable security and fraud-prevention measures, including:

• identity or account verification;
• payment and device checks;
• requests for additional information or documents;
• transaction monitoring; and
• delays, holds, restrictions or cancellations of orders or accounts that present a security or fraud risk.

Details are set out in our Anti-Fraud, AML and KYC Policy. Completing a purchase or using an account may require you to cooperate with those checks.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or the Service where we reasonably believe that you:

• have breached these Terms;
• have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• have used an unauthorised payment method;
• have attempted to compromise or exploit the Service; or
• otherwise create a material legal, security or operational risk.

We may also restrict access while an investigation is ongoing.

Suspension or termination does not cancel amounts already due, chargeback exposure or other rights accrued before the restriction.

Any refund after suspension or termination is determined under the Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.

13. Service changes

We may, at any time and to the extent permitted by law:

• modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Service;
• add, remove or change products;
• change availability, pricing, fees or commercial terms for future orders; and
• change Website functionality.

Where reasonably practicable, we may give notice of a material change that affects existing users. Changes do not alter an order that has already been accepted and delivered, except as permitted by law or the applicable policy.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dodopin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Dodopin is also not responsible for interruption, delay, failure or error caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures of:

• third-party publishers, platforms or suppliers;
• payment processors;
• telecommunications or internet infrastructure;
• hosting or software providers; or
• other external systems.

The Service and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer right.

15. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you in your country of residence.

Where permitted by applicable law, the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where that right cannot be waived.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on the Website, unless a different effective date is stated.

The Effective Date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and Dodopin concerning your use of the Service, except where a separate written contract applies (including a supplier agreement for merchants).
